the staff were so delightful, it's just too bad they seemed completely untrained and rude! breakfast was supposedly until 11 am, yet we were denied food at 10:30 am—how ridiculous! i envisioned a complimentary gesture due to these inconveniences but, alas, nothing! i almost thought of singing praises but just couldn't. terribly disappointing!
